A 10k House, once sold and closed, provides an opportunity for the Buyer's agent to participate in a luncheon and a drawing. Providing they attend the hosted luncheon, their names go in the hat for the drawing. After a lunch and networking event, the winner is chosen. The check is paid to the Buyer agent's Brokerage company.

When is the Lunch and drawing?
Every time we close on 40 properties where our seller participated in our 10k House listing program we schedule a luncheon and reach out to invite every Realtor who participated in one of those sales. This usually happens 2 to 3 times per year!
